In working closely with the Price Attack brand to create assets for their marketing use for franchise recruitment, one key component was a tour of one of their stores to effectively demonstrate the key components of the business.
After discussing the most suitable approach, the brand decided to prefer the tour be hosted on their behalf to explain the store layout and functions.
This is another good example of how a hosted store tour can work.
In this instance, the focus was to be on the store in a way that highlights the components that generate income in different ways and to different segments of the consumer market.
In particular, the brand had a desire to make it clear that there are two very distinct income generating components;
  1. Retail consumer products,
  2. Hair salon services.
To produce this, we held a collaborative virtual pre-production meeting where we stepped through the store components, what to focus on and what a potential franchise partner who is assessing the brand would need to know.
These tours are also a great opportunity to clarify any misconceptions people may have about the brand or business, the way it operates and may apply to them.
The tours are editorial in nature giving them that informative feel and result, yet with structure, guidance and input from the brand to ensure accuracy of message of what we are seeing.
